   Llegada

   Llega al punto de embarque unos 20–30 minutos antes de la salida. Nuestro equipo te envía la ubicación exacta, la hora de embarque y tu número de reserva por WhatsApp o correo.

   Bienvenido a bordo

   La tripulación te recibe y te acompaña a tu zona de asientos. Se sirven refrigerios de bienvenida mientras el dhow zarpa.

   Crucero y visitas

   Navega junto al skyline iluminado y el paseo marítimo. Cuando se pone el sol, la cubierta exterior es el mejor lugar para hacer fotos.

   Cena y espectáculos

   Se sirve una cena bufé a bordo, con espectáculos en vivo si el paquete los incluye. Hay refrescos y agua disponibles durante todo el trayecto.

5. 5
   Regreso

   El dhow vuelve al muelle tras unas dos horas. Desembarca con calma y escríbenos si necesitas que te recomendemos un taxi.

Qué llevar

Antes de ir

• Evening sailings are standard; the 5-star dhow has check-in at 20:00 and cruising from 20:30 to 22:30. Confirm your slot on your voucher.
• Dress code is smart casual. Beachwear and swimwear are not suitable for dinner.
• Bring your voucher and a valid passport or Emirates ID.
• Infants and pets are accommodated with separate seats; let us know when booking.
• The dhow is comfortable for wheelchair users; ask our team on WhatsApp and we will confirm access details before you travel.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off can be added when booking, or you can arrange your own transport to Dubai Marina.
• Alcohol is not included, and staff may refuse boarding to anyone who seems intoxicated.
• Weather can change timings or inclusions, and we may reschedule for safety.
• Arrive early: Dubai Marina traffic and parking can be busy in the evening.

Our cancellation schedule: cancelling more than 30 days before the experience is refunded in full; 15 to 30 days before carries a 30% fee; 7 to 14 days before a 50% fee; 24 hours to 6 days before a 70% fee; and inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up at the scheduled time, the full amount is charged. Rescheduling is always offered as an alternative to paying a cancellation fee. We may only cancel for a boat breakdown or maintenance, in which case we will try to move you to another date or vessel.
