   Arrivée

   Présentez-vous au point d'embarquement environ 20 à 30 minutes avant le départ. Notre équipe vous envoie la localisation exacte, l'heure d'embarquement et votre référence de réservation par WhatsApp ou par e-mail.

   Bienvenue à bord

   L'équipage vous accueille et vous conduit à votre place. Des rafraîchissements de bienvenue sont servis tandis que le dhow largue les amarres.

   Croisière et visites

   Naviguez le long de la skyline et du front de mer illuminés. Une fois le soleil couché, le pont extérieur est l'endroit idéal pour les photos.

   Dîner et animations

   Un dîner-buffet est servi à bord, avec des animations live lorsque la formule les inclut. Boissons sans alcool et eau disponibles tout au long de la soirée.

   Retour

   Le dhow regagne le quai après environ deux heures. Prenez votre temps pour débarquer, et écrivez-nous si vous avez besoin d'un conseil pour un taxi.

• Evening sailings are standard; the 5-star dhow has check-in at 20:00 and cruising from 20:30 to 22:30. Confirm your slot on your voucher.
• Dress code is smart casual. Beachwear and swimwear are not suitable for dinner.
• Bring your voucher and a valid passport or Emirates ID.
• Infants and pets are accommodated with separate seats; let us know when booking.
• The dhow is comfortable for wheelchair users; ask our team on WhatsApp and we will confirm access details before you travel.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off can be added when booking, or you can arrange your own transport to Dubai Marina.
• Alcohol is not included, and staff may refuse boarding to anyone who seems intoxicated.
• Weather can change timings or inclusions, and we may reschedule for safety.
• Arrive early: Dubai Marina traffic and parking can be busy in the evening.

Our cancellation schedule: cancelling more than 30 days before the experience is refunded in full; 15 to 30 days before carries a 30% fee; 7 to 14 days before a 50% fee; 24 hours to 6 days before a 70% fee; and inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up at the scheduled time, the full amount is charged. Rescheduling is always offered as an alternative to paying a cancellation fee. We may only cancel for a boat breakdown or maintenance, in which case we will try to move you to another date or vessel.
