   Aankomst

   Kom ongeveer 20–30 minuten voor vertrek naar het instappunt. Ons team stuurt de exacte locatie, instaptijd en je boekingsnummer via WhatsApp of e-mail.

   Welkom aan boord

   De crew verwelkomt je en brengt je naar je zitplaats. Terwijl de dhow vertrekt, krijg je een welkomstdrankje.

   Varen en sightseeing

   Vaar langs de verlichte skyline en waterkant. Na zonsondergang is het open dek de beste plek voor foto's.

   Diner en entertainment

   Aan boord wordt een buffetdiner geserveerd, met live-entertainment als het pakket dat omvat. Frisdranken en water zijn de hele tijd beschikbaar.

5. 5
   Terugreis

   Na ongeveer twee uur keert de dhow terug naar de kade. Neem rustig de tijd om van boord te gaan, en stuur ons een bericht als je een taxitip nodig hebt.

Wat neem je mee

• Een licht jasje of sjaal — in de winter kan het op het water flink waaien
• Camera of telefoon met ruimte voor foto's
• Geldig identiteitsbewijs bij het instappen, als daarom gevraagd wordt

Goed om te weten

• Evening sailings are standard; the 5-star dhow has check-in at 20:00 and cruising from 20:30 to 22:30. Confirm your slot on your voucher.
• Dress code is smart casual. Beachwear and swimwear are not suitable for dinner.
• Bring your voucher and a valid passport or Emirates ID.
• Infants and pets are accommodated with separate seats; let us know when booking.
• The dhow is comfortable for wheelchair users; ask our team on WhatsApp and we will confirm access details before you travel.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off can be added when booking, or you can arrange your own transport to Dubai Marina.
• Alcohol is not included, and staff may refuse boarding to anyone who seems intoxicated.
• Weather can change timings or inclusions, and we may reschedule for safety.
• Arrive early: Dubai Marina traffic and parking can be busy in the evening.

Our cancellation schedule: cancelling more than 30 days before the experience is refunded in full; 15 to 30 days before carries a 30% fee; 7 to 14 days before a 50% fee; 24 hours to 6 days before a 70% fee; and inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up at the scheduled time, the full amount is charged. Rescheduling is always offered as an alternative to paying a cancellation fee. We may only cancel for a boat breakdown or maintenance, in which case we will try to move you to another date or vessel.
