   Ankunft

   Seien Sie etwa 20–30 Minuten vor Abfahrt am Einstiegspunkt. Unser Team sendet Ihnen den genauen Standort, die Boardingzeit und Ihre Buchungsnummer per WhatsApp oder E-Mail.

   Willkommen an Bord

   Die Crew begrüßt Sie und bringt Sie zu Ihrem Sitzbereich. Während die Dhow ablegt, werden Willkommenserfrischungen serviert.

   Bootsfahrt und Sightseeing

   Vorbei an der beleuchteten Skyline und Uferpromenade. Nach Sonnenuntergang ist das offene Deck der beste Ort für Fotos.

   Dinner und Unterhaltung

   An Bord wird ein Buffet-Dinner serviert, je nach Paket mit Live-Unterhaltung. Softdrinks und Wasser gibt es die ganze Zeit über.

   Rückgabe

   Nach etwa zwei Stunden kehrt die Dhow zum Anleger zurück. Lassen Sie sich beim Aussteigen Zeit und schreiben Sie uns, wenn Sie eine Taxi-Empfehlung brauchen.

Zeiten: First slot: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Second slot: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

• Evening sailings are standard; the 5-star dhow has check-in at 20:00 and cruising from 20:30 to 22:30. Confirm your slot on your voucher.
• Dress code is smart casual. Beachwear and swimwear are not suitable for dinner.
• Bring your voucher and a valid passport or Emirates ID.
• Infants and pets are accommodated with separate seats; let us know when booking.
• The dhow is comfortable for wheelchair users; ask our team on WhatsApp and we will confirm access details before you travel.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off can be added when booking, or you can arrange your own transport to Dubai Marina.
• Alcohol is not included, and staff may refuse boarding to anyone who seems intoxicated.
• Weather can change timings or inclusions, and we may reschedule for safety.
• Arrive early: Dubai Marina traffic and parking can be busy in the evening.

Our cancellation schedule: cancelling more than 30 days before the experience is refunded in full; 15 to 30 days before carries a 30% fee; 7 to 14 days before a 50% fee; 24 hours to 6 days before a 70% fee; and inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up at the scheduled time, the full amount is charged. Rescheduling is always offered as an alternative to paying a cancellation fee. We may only cancel for a boat breakdown or maintenance, in which case we will try to move you to another date or vessel.
