   Arrival

   Arrive at the boarding point about 20–30 minutes before departure. Our team sends the exact pin, boarding time and your booking reference on WhatsApp or email.

   Welcome on board

   The crew greets you and shows you to your seating area. Welcome refreshments are served while the dhow casts off.

3. 3
   Cruise and sightseeing

   Sail past the lit-up skyline and waterfront. The open deck is the best place for photos once the sun has set.

4. 4
   Dinner and entertainment

   A buffet dinner is served on board with live entertainment where the package includes it. Soft drinks and water are available throughout.

5. 5
   Return

   The dhow returns to the dock after roughly two hours. Take your time disembarking, and message us if you need a taxi suggestion.

Timings: First slot: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM. Second slot: 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Know before you go

• Evening sailings are standard; the 5-star dhow has check-in at 20:00 and cruising from 20:30 to 22:30. Confirm your slot on your voucher.
• Dress code is smart casual. Beachwear and swimwear are not suitable for dinner.
• Bring your voucher and a valid passport or Emirates ID.
• Infants and pets are accommodated with separate seats; let us know when booking.
• The dhow is comfortable for wheelchair users; ask our team on WhatsApp and we will confirm access details before you travel.
• Hotel pickup and drop-off can be added when booking, or you can arrange your own transport to Dubai Marina.
• Alcohol is not included, and staff may refuse boarding to anyone who seems intoxicated.
• Weather can change timings or inclusions, and we may reschedule for safety.
• Arrive early: Dubai Marina traffic and parking can be busy in the evening.

Our cancellation schedule: cancelling more than 30 days before the experience is refunded in full; 15 to 30 days before carries a 30% fee; 7 to 14 days before a 50% fee; 24 hours to 6 days before a 70% fee; and inside 24 hours, or if you do not turn up at the scheduled time, the full amount is charged. Rescheduling is always offered as an alternative to paying a cancellation fee. We may only cancel for a boat breakdown or maintenance, in which case we will try to move you to another date or vessel.
