The VIP Desert Safari adds comfort and service to the classic evening in the dunes. You are collected from your hotel in a Land Cruiser and driven to the Red Dunes, where the dune bashing session runs for about 50 minutes, followed by a sunset photo stop.
At the camp you get a dedicated VIP seating area, which helps you avoid the long queues. Arabic coffee and fresh dates greet you, and you can try a camel ride, sandboarding, henna painting, and dress up in Arabic costumes for photos.
The big difference is dinner. Starters are served at your table, followed by a continental buffet with vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, a live BBQ cooked at the campsite, and Arabic sweets and fresh fruit. Soft drinks, tea, coffee and water are unlimited.
Evening entertainment includes a belly dance, a fire show and a Tanoura show. Quad bikes and buggy rides can be added for an extra charge.
